I went to two grocery stores in a failed effort to find tortillas without trans fats. This is insane. Everyone in the know agrees on their deadly nature. There is no chance, of course, that the bill will go through, since it will have free trade implications and will prevent those with their heads in the sand from eating Oreos. However, several people at work asked the question "What does trans fat mean?" after reading an article about the proposed bill. Congratulations!
