Mr. Martin (Winnipeg Centre)- On or after Thursday, October 28, 1999- That, in the opinion of this House, the government should facilitate the opportunity of free collective bargaining for rural route mail couriers, by repealing subsection 13(5) of the Canada Post Corporation Act.
