Yes ,everybody, and specialy customers, have the right to be well informed.
It's like when you bought a car or a motocycle nobody informe you about the noise, and the constructor of cars can't say that they don't know that the speed of their products are closed of 200 kilom/hours or more...
Why there are no regulation in west countries ?
need to count eought death people...of for you too much cardio problems....
why the insurances of the sellers of dangerous product don't assume their responsabities for incite a real changement ....

It should be our Government's concern and responsability to protect it's citizen's (especially small children) from consuming product's proven to be dangerous to their health. Labels are a band aid approach to resolving the issue - total elimination is the answer. The corporations profiting from the purchases also have a moral responsability as well.
We all have a responsability to maintain good health, thus reducing the burden on our health care costs. |

I fully support the banning of trans fats in all food products sold in Canada. At a minimum, the government should insist on clear food product labelling that indicates the presences of trans fats in a product AND the level. I'm the mother of a young child and I find it extremely difficult to make healthy food choices knowing that such a dangerous ingredient is lurking in our food. |
