I would like to praise you for your efforts and genuine concern for Canadians and their health. It's inadequate to simply label foods containing trans fats. It isn't realistic to expect people to heed warnings on labels and such--just think tobacco. Products which are clearly harmful, such as trans fats, should be banned because our society as a whole tends to tolerate many detrimental products out of convenience. How many times have we all heard ourselves or others say, "I know I shouldn't but..." Many businesses count on that type of apathy for their success.
