You are on the right path. Someone has to take a stand against all the poisons in our food. It is very difficult for busy folk to be constantly reading the labels of all foodstuffs. My husband has high cholesterol and we DO NOT eat foods with saturated fats or trans fats. In the first place people MUST realize that processed meats and many dairy products, also cocoanut and cocoanut oil etc. are a NO when it comes to avoiding cholesterol packed foods. Your talk on Sunday morning was most enlightening. Thank you for standing up for what is best for the people of Canada. PLEASE continue your good work for the health of all Canadian citizens.
