Ban Trans Fats [99] (IP: --.qc.sympatico.ca)

People need to understand that the Food Industry cares as much about our health as does the Tobacco Industry. As long as trans fat can legally be used to lengthen the shelf life of processed food products, and thereby improve the bottom line of food companies, it will continue to be used. This "heart unfriendly" "stealth fat" should be banned outright. Hats off to M.P. Pat Martin for leading the way!
