Not unlilike our ancestors we are forced to carry a food supply with us as we go about with our lives .Is is tragic that in our modern society we cannot assume that we will find safe food along our itineracies.Safe food is more than aseptic food. The public policy makers have to implement the necessary changes to protect us as the scientific community provide solide evidences.
The market forces at play are to slow to provide canadians with the adequate level of protection and unfortunately driven by the U.S. manufacturers who respond to very different consumer needs and health care policies.
Bon appétit!
