404 Barbara Sisson Elm Creek MB I heard this message from Charlene Prickett "It Figures" many years ago. Using these hydrogenated oils is not worth the health risks. There are so many people who really are not aware of these dangerous fats that we are eating every day. Good luck in your efforts

396 Leslie Carnegie Milton ON Even 2% trans fats is dangerous to our health. Once companies know they can't use them they will have to make the change as McDonalds and Voortmans have proven. They will also continue to use trans fats until they are forced to make the change. Obesity has reached an all time high, especially in our children. We have a responsibility to our children to make sure that the foods they eat are safe and good food choices.
395 Doug Buchanan Toronto ON
394 Michele Schultz Toronto ON
392 Dianne Woodruff Oakville ON I never buy anything with transfats on the label and complain if a product I use is found with this added. Get rid of this poison from our foods.
389 Gloria Ivory winnipeg MB

377 Sally Errey Registered Nutrition Consultant BC
376 Lisa M.H. Lariviere Member of the I.O.N.C. & own business Colours of The Soul Timmins, ON This is an excellent issue to address! It's about time that we start looking at our bodies and start treating it with the respect it deserves. Life is a wonderful gift, so let's stop wasting time on junk food, and start eating what is right!! Education is the key
374 Cheryl Wright Richmond hill ON I am a Registered Nutritional Consultant Practitioner. I have spent my career trying to inform the public of the dangers of Trans Fatty Acids. However when it comes down to it, people will continue to buy processed foods because it is easy. However we live in a society where we pay for everyones health care. Should we not then start being more preventative? We require everyone to wear a seat belt in the car, because if they do not it is a danger to their health. Trans fats are just as bad -it just takes longer. Perhaps it is time to take more control of the health of our society. Regards, Cheryl Cheryl Wright, RNCP, RHN, BA
372 Annette Helou TORONTO ON Great initiative
371 Don Dulong n/a Ruscom ON
368 gilda rovan richmond hill ON It is time to think about the health of our citizens rather than the pockets of our business people.
